Ajit Bhattarai
Ajit Bhattarai
is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Learning and Performance at Idaho State University. He was a commercial banker for two decades and was also involved in designing, delivering, and evaluating training interventions in banking and non-banking contexts. His research focuses on the subjectivity construction and teaching and training practices of subject matter experts and adult educators, training evaluation, documentary analysis of HRD and T&D texts, and poststructural theorization.
