Aizal Yusrina Idris
Aizal Yusrina Idris
is a highly accomplished academician and experienced educator with over two decades of expertise in teaching Computer Sciences and Information Technology at the university level. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Kuliyyah Information & Communication Technology, International Islamic University Malaysia, Malaysia. She holds a Ph.D. in Teachers Training and Education Sciences from the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Information Technology (Computer Science), and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) in Industrial Computing from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Throughout her career, Dr. Aizal has assumed multiple roles, including lecturer, academic advisor, and course coordinator. She has taught a wide variety of courses ranging from Programming and Software Engineering to Algorithm Analysis and Multimedia Technology, spanning institutions in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Notably, she served as the Head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department at Yanbu Industrial College, KSA, where she managed departmental operations and led academic development initiatives. Her academic contributions include authoring and editing books, publishing research articles, and presenting at international conferences. She is also recognized for her consultancy work, having reviewed articles for prestigious journals and contributed as a Subject Matter Expert in courseware development. Dr. Aizal has been honored with accolades such as the Gold and Silver Medals at innovation and invention expos, highlighting her commitment to advancing educational practices and technologies. Dr. Aizal’s community involvement and mentorship reflect her dedication to nurturing talent and promoting cultural exchange. Her ongoing efforts in thesis coaching, research supervision, and professional development training continue to inspire and support the next generation of learners and educators.
