Adina Letiția Negrușa
is Professor and ERASMUS Departmental Coordinator at the Faculty of Business in Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her fields of expertise are intercultural management, hospitality management, hotel management, and catering and restaurant technology. She has published 15 books and over 70 articles in various journals and has presented over 80 papers at various national and international conferences and symposia.
