Adejoke Yesimi Ige-Olaobaju
Adejoke Ige-Olaobaju
obtained her PhD in Work and Employment Relations from the university of Leeds, United Kingdom (UK). She is currently the PhD Coordinator at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton. She is a Senior Lecturer in Learning and Teaching within the Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour subject group at the University of Northampton. She is a Module leader, Personal Academic Tutor and Dissertation supervisor on Postgraduate (PG) and Undergraduate (UG) programmes at the university. Ade is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. She is also an Academic Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Member, British University Industrial Relations Association and Member, British Academy of Management. Ade presented a guest lecture on the topic: Revitalizing Talent Management: The way Forward at Kyrgyz Economic University, Kyrgyzstan in 2021. She provided academic consultancy support during the development of HRMI (UG) programme for one of the universities of Northampton partners outside the UK.
