Abhishek Janvier Frederick Associate Professor, Department of Business Studies Dr. Abhishek Janvier Frederick is a distinguished academic with over 14 years of experience in business studies and management education. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Studies and has made significant contributions to both teaching and research. Dr. Frederick holds a B.Com degree, an MBA in Insurance, and a Ph.D. in Management. He is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health, showcasing his commitment to interdisciplinary learning. Dr. Frederick is passionate about financial literacy, fintech adoption, and the impact of technology on financial planning. His current research includes evaluating the effectiveness of financial literacy in individual financial planning and understanding fintech's role in transforming MSMEs and working women's financial practices in Uttar Pradesh. He is also involved in a major project funded by ICSSR, focusing on aspirational districts in Uttar Pradesh. An accomplished author, Dr. Frederick has published several books, including Intellectual Property Rights and Their Role Across Disciplines, Stepping Stones from Journal to Trial Balance, and Illustrations for Rectification of Accounts. These works reflect his expertise in intellectual property, accounting, and financial management. His collaborative writing with his wife, Dr. (Lt.) Neha Frederick, and contributions from their son, Aaron Shawn Frederick, underline his family’s academic legacy. Dr. Frederick is deeply involved in academia beyond research and teaching. He organizes workshops on APA citation styles, intellectual property rights, and research methodology for postgraduate students and research scholars across various disciplines. His dedication to education extends to promoting digital literacy and providing training initiatives for underdeveloped regions. With a profound belief in the power of education, Dr. Frederick strives to make a lasting impact in his field. He holds an ORCID ID (0000-0002-0919-7917) to ensure his academic contributions are accessible to the global research community.
