Abhijit Mishra
Abhijit Mishra
is an Assistant Professor at Bennett University's School of Law. He earned his Ph.D. in 2021 and LL.M. in 2017 from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow, following a B.A. LL.B. in 2016 from Amity University, Lucknow. Before joining Bennett University in July 2022, Dr. Mishra served as a Guest Faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Lucknow University, during 2021-2022. His research interests include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Mercantile Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Dr. Mishra has contributed to legal scholarship through publications such as “Advanced Medical Directives in India: A Critical Analysis” and “Life of Death: An Analysis into Paradigm of Euthanasia.”
