Mission

The mission of the International Journal of Social and Organizational Dynamics in IT (IJSODIT) is to provide a forum for information technology educators, researchers, and practitioners to advance the practice and understanding of technology and the impacts of technology on social behaviors and norms in the workplace and society. IJSODIT bridges the gap between technology and social sciences in an effort to increase understanding of the relationship between information technology the cultural and social dynamics within the workplace.
