Testimonials and ReviewsThe transition from concepts of health care quality measurement to their global operationalization is echoed in numerous journals where the appropriateness of care and the efficiency of its production are of essential focus. While our understanding of quality is widespread, the challenges remain for the systematic and reliable measurement, analysis, and use of findings toward performance improvement. The efficient production of services with desirable outcomes requires a multi-dimensional systems’ approach, and a demonstration of intended outcomes. The International Journal of Reliable and Quality E-Healthcare provides an original and unique forum where knowledge from various disciplines is synthesized and shared for improving the appropriateness and safety of health care. Indeed, the Journal thoughtfully merges and intersects knowledge from clinical medicine, public health, economics, sociology and informatics addressing issues relevant to most healthcare professionals. The vision of the Journal is timely, its multi-disciplinary approach most needed, and the scholarly content immediately amenable to applied research, practice and policy.
