Abstract

The chapter describes the characteristics of Business Interactive Game (BIG), an innovative business game that includes a number of “wellness” parameters, developed mainly to support enterprise management training. The approach used is addressed principally to the company entrepreneurs more than the large organization managers, and the ongoing development objectives are oriented towards what is known as enterprise GDW (Gross Domestic Wellness)1 as an integration of GDP (Gross Domestic Product).
