Amal Jmaii (Ed.)
Amal Jmaii is an Assistant Professor in Quantitative Economics at the Department of Quantitative Methods, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, University of Tunis, Tunisia. His research interests primarily focus on applied econometrics, development economics, and climate change policy. Dr. Jmaii is also an active reviewer for several prestigious academic journals, including the African Development Review and Climate Policy. He is a member of the Arab Council for Social Sciences and the Laboratory for Research in Quantitative Development Economics., which focus on advancing research in economics. With extensive expertise in both theoretical and empirical methods, Dr. Jmaii has made significant contributions to understanding economic dynamics, particularly in the context of environmental challenges. His work is especially focused on the African and Mediterranean regions, aiming to bridge the gap between quantitative analysis and real-world economic issues. His academic endeavors emphasize sustainable development and the impact of climate change on economic outcomes, with a particular interest in how these challenges intersect with broader development goals.
