Dr. O.O. Sulaiman is a senior lecturer in the Department of Maritime technology, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Marine Science, University Malaysia Terengganu. His specialization is in maritime energy and environment, sustainable maritime system design, risk and reliability for maritime and ocean systems. He is chartered engineer with diverse academic and professional background. He has taught and mentor courses and research projects on contemporary issues in maritime field. He published about 50 abstract and presentation in national and international conferences. He has authored and co-authored a total of about more than 100 publications which include proceeding papers, journal papers, and chapters in book, monograph, seminar papers and other types of academic publications. He has patent on marine green technology. He has Authored 2 books. He is the member of royal Institute of Naval Architecture (RINA) and Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST).
Abdul Hamid Saharuddin (Ed.)
Dr A.H Saharuddin is a professor in the Department of Maritime Management,
Faculty of Maritime Studies and Marine Science, Universiti Malaysia
Terengganu. His specialization is in the field of Marine and Environment
Developmental Policy as well as Marine Resource Management Policy. He is
the founder Dean of this faculty when it was first established in June
2006. He has been the Chairman of the National Action Committee on the
Future Direction of Maritime and Marine Science Education and Training
under the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Educations. He has attended about
30 international and 45 national level of conferences, seminars, training
and workshops as a speaker, resource person, facilitator and invited
participant. He has authored and co-authored a total of about more than
100 publications which include proceeding papers, journal papers, chapters
in book, monograph, seminar papers and other types of academic
publications. He is the Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering,
Science and Technology (FIMarEST), a Chartered Member of Institute of
Logistic and Transport Malaysia (CMILT) and a Member of Malaysian Maritime
Institute (MIK).
Ab Saman Ab Kader (Ed.)
Ab Saman bin Abd Kader is a Professor of Marin Technology at Marine Technology Department, Faculty Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He is membership Board of Engineers Malaysia (P.Eng), Institute of Engineers Malaysia (Ir), and Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT). His expertise is Inland Water Transportation. He has authored several peer reviews and journal, proceeding, abstract, and books. He is currently Director of Marine Technology Center in UTM.
Wan Mohd Norsani Wan Nik (Ed.)
Dr W.B. Wan Nik is a professor in the Department of Maritime Technology, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Marine Science, University Malaysia Terengganu. His specialization is marine corrosion, marine fluid power, hydraulics and pneumatics. He is a chartered marine engineer, chartered marine scientist and chartered scientist. He has wide academic and professional experience. He is a member of Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST).
