Zornitsa Yordanova
is Associate Professor of Business Information Systems and Innovation at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, Bulgaria, and guest lecturer at WU Vienna, New Bulgarian University, and CITY College (University of York Europe Campus). Her research focuses on digital transformation, innovation management, open innovation, and process automation. She is PMP® certified and also consults multinational companies on digital transformation initiatives.
