has a PhD in Management and Business – Specialization in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Porto, Portugal. He teaches at the University of Maia-UMaia and at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto – ISCAP. Member of the NECE - Research Center for Business Sciences, University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, Portugal and of CEOS.PP - Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal.
