Ygor Fasanella
Graduated in Building Engineering - Architecture with a thesis on the automation of data generation and extraction from BIM models for the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of residential buildings in the Italian context, he subsequently obtained his professional license as a civil and environmental engineer. He conducted research at the University of Padua, focusing on model and data checking of IFC models for construction management platforms, and collaborated with the Australian research institute CSIRO, also in the field of BIM and LCA. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Padua, working on a dissertation about data visualization linked to openBIM models and platforms.
