Worku Tegegne Molla

Worku Molla completed his first degree in Textile Engineering at Bahir Dar University, where he focused on several critical areas including polymer technology, polymer chemistry, polymer synthesis, cellulosic chemistry, and composite materials. His foundational education also encompassed material science, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, fiber chemistry, and the physics of textiles. Following his initial degree, Worku pursued a second degree in Textile Chemistry, which allowed him to deepen his expertise in polymer technology and further explore advanced topics such as polymer physics, sustainable functional materials, and sustainable composite materials. His academic journey has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of sustainable material science, essential for addressing current challenges in textile and polymer industries. Research Interests As an experienced researcher, Worku Tegegne has honed his skills in various areas essential to his field. His research interests include: Polymer Technology Polymer Chemistry and Physics Sustainable Materials Composite Materials Cellulosic Chemistry Inorganic and Organic Chemistry Through his work at Wolkite University, he contributes to the advancement of knowledge in polymer and textile chemistry, focusing on sustainable practices and innovative solutions in material science.
