Wilson Florio
Wilson Florio
received his PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo in 2005. From 2006 to 2024, he was a professor at The Postgraduate Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Mackenzie. From 2016 to 2019, he was Research Coordinator and Postgraduate Coordinator of The Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Mackenzie. Currently, he is an associate professor and researcher at the Institute of Arts of the State University of Campinas. The main focus of his research is on digital technologies, design process and design analysis, mainly in modern and contemporary architecture. He is an ad hoc advisor to FAPESP and CAPES in Brazil and a reviewer of national and international journals and congresses. He published books about the design process and digital fabrication. He is Member of The International Network for Studies, Investigations, Documentation, and Enhancement of Modern Heritage, founded in Ferrara in 2021.
