Associate Professor and Head, MBA Department, Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak Dr. Vipin Mittal is a dedicated academic professional with over a decade of teaching experience in higher education. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor and Head in the MBA Department at Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak, where he plays a crucial role in mentoring students and fostering academic excellence. Dr. Mittal earned his Ph.D. in Marketing, focusing his research on “Customer Perception towards Plastic Money with Special Reference to Haryana”. His scholarly contributions have garnered recognition both nationally and internationally, with numerous publications in reputed journals. He has published more than 20 research papers in national and international journals of repute. He has also presented papers at over 25 conferences and seminars. His research interests lie in accounting and finance. He has actively participated in several academic conferences, providing valuable insights into finance, business strategies, and management practices. Beyond his academic responsibilities, Dr. Mittal plays a significant role in several academic activities across various universities. He is actively involved in setting question papers for different courses, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum and maintaining academic standards. In addition, he contributes to the evaluation process by assessing answer sheets with accuracy and fairness. Dr. Mittal is also engaged in conducting practical examinations, providing students with opportunities to demonstrate their skills and practical knowledge. Dr. Mittal’s teaching philosophy emphasizes creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
