Vinod Kumar
has more than 17 years of experience including industry as well as academics in the area of Hospitality & Tourism industry. My keen area of research comprises Regional and cultural gastronomy, Sustainable tourism, emerging trends in the hospitality and travel industry, global tourism and hospitality, AI techniques in hotels and travel industry, and many more. I have filed two patents and published over 25 publications in reputed journals.
