Vindya Perera
Vindya Perera
[BVSc (SL), PhD (SL), CTHE (SL), SEDA (UK)] is a Senior Lecturer in Microbiology and serves as the Secretary of the Medical Education Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Beginning her academic career at the University of Peradeniya in 2011, Dr. Perera has contributed her expertise to both public and private higher education institutions in Sri Lanka. Her research interests lie in higher education and antimicrobial resistance, where her work has earned her multiple awards, including the Best Presentation Award at the 2024 Asia Pacific Medical Education Conference.
