Valeriya Yesina
is an Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Marketing at O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy (Ukraine). She received her Ph.D. degree in Economics from O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy (Ukraine) in 2010. Head of the Megapolis Technology Transfer Centre at O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy (Ukraine). She received her Master degree in Law from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (Ukraine) in 2015. She is a practicing lawyer in the field of financial and civil law. She has more than 10 years of experience in research and development. Her research activities are mainly focused on housing and utility sectors, local authorities development, energy efficiency and sustainable development, legislation on heating sector, EU legal frame of providing energy efficiency and energy savings procedures.
