V. Thamilarasi
received the Ph.D. degree in computer science, with specialization of Digital Image Processing from Periyar University, Salem, Tamilnadu, India, in 2022. She has more than 9 years of working experience as Lecturer, Assistant Professor. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Sri Sarada College for Women(Autonomous), Salem, Tamilnadu, India. She has published several research papers in prestigious international journals, 2 book chapters and one of her paper received Best Paper Award in 2021. She also got Young Researcher Award in 2023, International Excellence Award in 2023 and A P J Abdul Kalam Award in 2024 . She has been serving as the Reviewer for Elsevier, Springer and Scopus journals. Her area of research interest include Medical Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
