V. Sushma
Sushma V.
is an Associate Professor in the MBA Department at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Karnataka, India, which is an Autonomous institution affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka. She brings over 22 years of combined industry and academic experience, including 10 years in the corporate sector with 7 years in leadership roles. Her academic interests span Human Resource Management, Employability Studies, HR Analytics, Technology Adoption, and AI-enabled learning environments. She has published and presented research in national and international conferences, including studies on predictive modelling, perceived employability, and analytics-driven decision-making. Dr. Sushma also leads several institutional initiatives, including research colloquiums, conclaves, and industry–academia engagement programs. She is passionate about integrating analytics, technology, and experiential learning into management education.
