V. Devaki
Devaki V.
has 5 years of teaching experience. Her academic journey is deeply rooted in English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics, having cleared the National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). Ms. Devaki holds a Master of Philosophy in English Language Teaching from Anna University, Chennai, and a Master in Comparative Literature from Pondicherry Central University. She has worked as an Assistant Professor of English at Vels Institute of Science and Technology (VISTAS) deemed University, Chennai from 2017 to 2019, and at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, Chennai from 2021 to 2023. She has worked at Vignan University from 2023 to 2024. Her outstanding performance was recognized with an Appreciation Award for the Best Utilization of Library Facilities at Vels University in 2018. Her academic interests lie in English for Specific Purposes, Applied Linguistics, LGBT studies, Postcolonial Literature, Modernism, and Narratives. She has published more than 20+ high-quality research articles in internationally and nationally recognized peer-reviewed and refereed including Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals. Additionally, she has authored several book chapters with ISBNs.
