Uma C Swadimath
, Professor, Faculty of Management Studies, CMS-Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, is a keen learner, an enthusiast, a team player and is a staunch disciplinarian. Ph.D in Economics, with over 23 years of experience in teaching and facilitating in Management subjects is currently working with CMS B School, JAIN (Deemed- to-be) University. Has been appointed as the Chief Superintendent for conducting MBA / M.Com examination of Bharathiar University, Examination in charge of Bengaluru City University, a Board of Examiner for multiple reputed institutions in Bangalore urban including the likes of BMS Institute of Management Studies, Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru City University et al. Had been appointed as Chief Superintendent for conducting MBA examination of Bengaluru City University. Has been awarded as the’ Best Faculty‟ twice. She has published 25 articles in National and International Journals and also presented several papers in the Conferences. As a core member of Autonomous Committee, formulated Curriculum for Autonomous MBA Course.
