Udita Singh
Udita Singh
is an Assistant Professor at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS), Bhopal, India. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (specialization in Clinical Psychology) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Chennai. Her clinical training includes internships at reputed institutions such as Digdarshika, NIEPMD, and Udhavi, where she gained experience working with diverse populations. Her therapeutic practice focuses on young adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, grief, mood and emotional dysregulation, relational conflicts, and anger management. She employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Eclectic Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Bibliotherapy. Her areas of professional interest include clinical and counseling psychology, cognitive and social psychology, and animal-assisted therapy.
