Tiago Jordão Cardoso
is a Specialized Technical Officer at the General Secretariat of the Environment in Portugal, where he focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and chatbots within public administration. Currently completing a master’s in public administration, his research centers on technological acceptance, particularly in the public sector’s use of AI to enhance sustainability and resilience. With strong involvement in climate change initiatives, Tiago explores the intersection of AI-driven innovation and sustainable practices, co-authoring articles on these topics and preparing additional proposals on AI’s role in environmental resilience.
