Tharwa Najar
Tharwa Najar
(Ph.D., University of Gafsa, Tunisia), is an Associate Professor in Information Systems Management at the University of Gafsa, Tunisia. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Manouba, Tunisia. Her research interests include supply chain performance, interorganizational information systems impact, and inter-organizational relationships in the B2B environment within the automotive industry. Her contributions have been published in journals focusing on innovation, digital technologies, and supply chain management. Additionally, she has published works in the fields of knowledge management and open innovation in both large companies and SMEs. She is currently exploring the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain and artificial intelligence) in the supply chain and within organizations.
