Tawanda Nyikadzino
Tawanda Nyikadzino
is a post-doctoral researcher in the School of Public Management, Governance and Public Policy at the University of Johannesburg. Tawanda holds a PhD in Public Management and Governance (University of Johannesburg, South Africa), a Master of Public Administration and a BSc (Hons) in Administration (University of Zimbabwe), and a Research Methodology Certificate (University of Witwatersrand, South Africa). He specialises in public management, devolution and decentralisation reforms, local government management and public policy. He has published over 15 peer-reviewed book chapters and journal articles with internationally accredited publishers. Tawanda has more than nine years of experience working as a researcher and educator in tertiary institutions and has vast research and consultancy experience. Tawanda has done several consultant jobs for national and international organisations. He has participated as a lead researcher in UNICEF and UNDP projects.
