Tarun Kumar Patel
is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of biotechnology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology at Sant Guru Ghasidas Government P.G. College, Kurud, Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, India. With a robust academic background and a decade-long teaching career, Dr. Patel has made significant contributions to fungal biology, mass spectrometry, and microbial biotechnology. Educational Background and Qualifications Dr. Patel earned his Postgraduation and subsequently his Ph.D. in Biotechnology with research focused on detecting and analyzing aflatoxin production in Aspergillus flavus strains using advanced mass spectrometry techniques. His academic excellence is further demonstrated by qualifying the CSIR-NET (Life Sciences) and the GATE examination. Research Contributions Dr. Patel's research encompasses a wide array of topics within biotechnology.
