Tanu Taneja
, a dedicated professional, holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2012) and an M.Tech in Environment Science & Engineering (2015). Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at RIMT University, Tanu has over 11 years of teaching experience along with 9 years of proven leadership as Head of Civil Engineering at Baba Farid College of Engineering & Technology, Bathinda. Her expertise extends to consultancy, water testing, concrete testing, and structural design. Beyond her technical knowledge, Dr. Taneja possesses strong leadership and administrative skills and has actively participated in various administrative roles, including serving as the Dean of Admissions. She has been instrumental in organizing conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. Her commitment to academia is evident through her publications, patents, and awards, showcasing her unwavering dedication to professional growth. As a valued member of the Indian Society for Technical Education and the Council of Engineers & Valuers organization, Tanu remains actively engaged in the technical community, further enriching her impressive career.
