Ms.
Swati Jain
is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies, Ghaziabad, India. She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Finance. Her teaching and research interests include Human Resource Strategic applications in management, organizational strategies, and financial decision-making. She is actively engaged in guiding MBA students in research projects and academic development. Her current research focuses on AI-driven adaptation and management strategies for advanced smart fabrication in global manufacturing enterprises. She has contributed to scholarly publications and continues to explore the integration of emerging technologies with modern management practices.
