Swathi Chundru
, a QA Automation Engineer and Technical Lead with over 13 years of experience in ETL Testing, Data Warehousing, Functional Testing, and Automation. I have worked with cutting-edge tools like Informatica, AbInitio, DataStage, and SSIS, and have expertise with databases like Teradata, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle. At Motivity Labs, I’ve led large-scale projects for clients like Santander Consumer USA and Blue Cross Blue Shield, driving the successful implementation of data-driven solutions through detailed test strategies and automation frameworks. In addition to my industry experience, I’ve published articles on AI and Machine Learning in respected journals such as IGI and IEEE. I’ve also served as a peer reviewer for IGI Global and IEEE, keeping me engaged with the latest research trends. One of my academic highlights was presenting my work on AI at the 3rd International Conference on Research in Multidisciplinary Studies and participating in a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on AI’s impact across industries like software, robotics, and mechanical engineering. These experiences have deepened my passion for contributing to AI’s future role in technology.
