Swapna Rose
is an Assistant Professor in the MBA department at St. Aloysius University, a deemed-to-be university, with a passion for entrepreneurship education and leadership development. She actively mentors students in communication, research, and presentation skills while fostering entrepreneurial thinking. Her research interests include emotional intelligence, employee burnout, and Jesuit-inspired leadership, focusing on integrating values like Magis and Cura Personalis. She is also a PhD guide, exam coordinator, and a proponent of MOOCs and digital literacy in higher education.
