Suvarna Patil
is an accomplished innovator, researcher, and academician with a distinguished career in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Currently, I serve as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management, and Research, Akurdi, Pune. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma University, Pune, specializing in Resource Allocation and Machine-to-Machine Communication in IoT Networks, an M.E. in Computer Engineering (2015) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Pune University. With over 45 research papers and book chapters in reputed national and international forums, I have actively contributed to the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Wireless Networking. My research work has resulted in four patents, three design patents, and 15 copyrights, and I have authored a book, underscoring my commitment to innovation and translational research. As a reviewer for prestigious journals (IJCNA, Wiley, Hindawi), and as an invited speaker on IoT, Machine Learning, and Communication Networks, I remain deeply engaged with both academic and industry communities.
