Supriya Bhagat
is Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and has done her Graduation in Biotechnology; she is SET in Management and completed Masters in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and PGDIMM from IGNOU .She has 10 years of academics and 1.5 years of Industry experience where she has worked as anHR & Admin executive. She has also assisted a couple of startups in framing their HR policies andfunctions.Dr. Supriya has published papers in various reputed and UGC indexed journals, ABDC and Scopus indexed journals. She has presented 20+ research papers at National and International conferences and FDP. She has also got a couple of appointments from Savitribai Phule Pune University for University exam related work.Dr. Supriya Bhagat has conducted various sessions on Personality Development, Soft Skill and Emerging concepts & trends in Human Resource Management for Undergraduate and Post graduate students from Management.Currently she is working with MIT ADT University as an Assistant Professor and has taught subjectslike Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, and Soft Skills, personal selling, consumer behaviour, Principles of Marketing and Talent Management.
