Sudhir Kumar
is Professor and Head of School of Legal Studies, Babu Banarasi Das University Lucknow, India. He has academic experience of 17 years in the field of law, specializing in Constitutional Law and Criminal.In Administration, Dr. Kumar has extensive background in managing academic programs, curriculum development, and student affairs. Dr. Kumar has authored 35 research publications, including a significant publication in Scopus Indexed Journals. He has contributed to 5 book chapters, demonstrating expertise and contribution to legal scholarship. Dr. Kumar has successfully supervised 11 Ph.D students to completion, contributing to the advancement of legal education and research. He has a deep knowledge and experience in legal studies, with a focus on Legal Research Methodology, Law and Justice.
