is a dedicated Senior Manager, Cloud Architect, and Security; AI/ML Engineer who combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive impactful results. With over 19 years of experience in the tech industry, Subash is known for his hands-on approach to solving complex problems and guiding teams through the ever-evolving landscape of cloud technology, security, and artificial intelligence. Since joining Capgemini America in 2022, Subash has been at the forefront of developing innovative cloud, security, AI/ML, and FinOps solutions. As a Senior Manager, he is responsible for overseeing day- to-day operations, managing project activities, and ensuring that the organization’s technology infrastructure is not just robust but also future-ready. His efforts have led to significant advancements in technology and operational efficiency, contributing to over $1.8 million in cost savings and revenue growth. Subash is passionate about integrating AI/ML into everyday business processes, using data analytics to predict outcomes and make smarter, more proactive decisions. Before Capgemini, Subash honed his skills at IBM Pvt Ltd., where he specialized in Security Vulnerability Management, Middleware, and Cloud Technologies. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), he led key initiatives to strengthen security protocols and implement advanced cloud solutions. Subash’s work helped protect critical assets, enhance security measures, and support clients across industries like Retail Banking, automobile, credit cards, and Payment Systems. His expertise in designing secure and scalable cloud environments is not just about technology—it’s about understanding the business impact and making sure that the solutions he delivers are aligned with the client’s goals. Beyond his day-to-day work, Subash is also a recognized thought leader. He has authored research articles published in leading journals, sharing insights on the latest trends in cloud computing, security, and AI/ML. His passion for knowledge extends to the stage as well, where he has participated as a speaker at various conferences. Subash enjoys engaging with the tech community, sharing his experiences, and discussing practical solutions to the challenges businesses face today.
