Su Ertürk
Su Ertürk
completed her PhD in Educational Administration at the Institute of Educational Sciences, Gazi University. Her doctoral dissertation, titled “The Construction of School Identity in the Context of Social Constructivism: A Grounded Theory Study,” received the prestigious “Best Doctoral Dissertation Award” from the Turkish Association of Educational Administrators and Supervisors. Her main areas of interest include: Organizational change capacity, Comparative education, Turkish Education System and its challenges, Leadership in Turkish culture, Social constructivism, Qualitative research, Cyber psychology, Application of analysis and control methods in education. In addition to her academic contributions, she teaches Comparative Education at the Faculty of Education, Gazi University, and works on the education of gifted students at the Ministry of National Education. She has published in peer-reviewed journals, served as a reviewer, and held roles on editorial and scientific boards.
