Steve Lambert is an associate professor of educational leadership in the School of Education, at the University of Chester, UK. He teaches modules related to leadership theory and the traits and behaviours that leaders in education need. He is an experienced doctoral supervisor and an active researcher. His research focuses on the development of future leaders. He has a MA in Educational Leadership, an MSc in Psychology and an EdD in educational leadership, policy and values.
