Souvik Banerjee
, PhD. is a faculty at Management Development Institute (MDI) Murshidabad. His research interests include Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Behavioral Finance, and Financial Economics. His work has been published in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals. At present, he is the Editor of the MDIM Journal of Management Review and Practice (Sage). He has developed several business cases for MBA and executive education. He has trained executives from Fortune 500 companies in Corporate Finance and Corporate Valuation.
