Soukaina Jouad
Dr.
Soukaina Jouad
is a research professor at the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) in Dakhla, affiliated with Ibn Zohr University. With a PhD in Management Sciences from ENCG Agadir, Dr. Jouad has built a strong academic and professional career, combining research and teaching. Specializing in audit, management control, and logistics, Dr. Jouad is passionate about preparing future business leaders with the knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to succeed in a competitive global economy. In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Jouad participates in national and international conferences, publishes scholarly articles, and collaborates with local economic actors to promote sustainable business practices in the southern regions of Morocco.
