Sílvio Manuel da Rocha Brito
Silvio Brito
holds a degree in of Human Resources Management and Work Psychology at ISLA, Master in Management, in the Organizational Behavior area, at Lusíada University, and PhD in Psychology from the University of Extremadura, Spain. Is an effective member of the Portuguese Society of Psychology, and INFAD (International Association of Educational Evolutionary Childhood Psychology, adolescence, Olders and Handicapped People) of Spain, and investigator of Psyche EX- Research Centre, University of Extremadura, and a member of GITUR research, School of Tourism and Sea Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Entrepreneurs First International Congress of the University of Salamanca, and is a contributor to the Summer School on the Chair of Entrepreneurs, is also a member of its Scientific Committee, and also Secretary of the Association for Training, Research and Development Entrepreneurship (AFIDE). He´s a teacher of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior Course from the Management School of Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, and contributor to DoinGlobal Entrepreneurship in the area. Has been vowel Doctoral and Masters jury commissions in Portugal and abroad, and adviser of several research papers. Has several scientific, national and international publications in the field of Human Resources and Psychology, and associate member of the Psychology Journals in News and Personal. He was collaborated in a reading project called “Entrepreneur” scientific blog. He was an adviser of the Directorate of Lusiada University, (Minerva Foundation), Trainer in Training CNAF / Guerin Centre and Human Resources Technician in Mutual Agricultural Credit Central Box.
