Sinoeurn Kheuy
is a PhD Student in the science of Educational Management at the National University of Battambang, Cambodia (since 2022), And he is a senior lecturer in education since 2019 and also an advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia (politician), working at the office of council Ministers since 2022. He graduated the Master's degree in Business Administrations and the Bachelor's Degree in English Arts Language Teaching. In 2017, He was a Vice-President of Provincial Election Committee and a vice-dean of UME (2014-2015).
