Shurlly Tiwari
is a dynamic HR professional with 24 years of HR experience, including 10 years in corporate and 14 years in academia. She was leader of the Pune-University and completed her research at the Jain University in Bangalore. She has collaborated with organizations such as Zenta technology, i-energiser, Convergys and Airtel. Academically, she headed BMS department of SM Shetty College-Mumbai, Ness Wadia and MILES College of Management – Pune. She has been associated with ISME for last 7 years and is heading ISME’s “Student Development Cell”. She is a researcher by heart and has published articles, chapters and blogs in many prominent journals and books. Prof. Tiwari, teaches all HR related subjects as well as skill building subjects at ISME. She is also a certified NLP trainer and has provided Soft Skills training for many corporates. Research Interests: Spirituality and professional growth, Talent Management, Training and development, mindfulness and management, mental health at work place.
