Shugufta Fatima

Shugufta Fatima is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women in Hyderabad, India. With eight years of teaching experience, she brings a unique perspective to the academic community. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University. Her academic journey has been marked by excellence, as evidenced by her receipt of Academic Excellence awards throughout her studies. Her dedication to advancing knowledge in her areas of interest, which include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, is reflected in her research and teaching, and she is committed to further exploration in these fields. Through her research, teaching, and community engagement efforts, she is making valuable contributions to both the academic community and society at large. She has published book chapters, research papers in reputable academic journals that have received significant citations, serves as a book chapter reviewer with IGI Global, and has guided students in their projects. She also holds a patent in her name. She has conducted numerous national-level workshops, organized events, and participated in conferences and faculty development programs on a large scale. As an educator, she is dedicated to fostering critical thinking and intellectual curiosity in her students. She believes in creating an inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to engage with complex ideas and develop their analytical skills through mentoring sessions.
