Shivangi Rapria
Shivangi Rapria
is a Senior Research Fellow of Marketing at the Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India. Her doctoral research focuses on the topic “Role of Sensory Marketing Cues and Brand Experience in Building Customer Loyalty: A Study of Personal Care Products.” She has published various research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, Web of Science, UGC care-listed journals as well as ABDC ranked peer-reviewed journals, in addition she contributed several book chapters to edited book volumes. Moreover, Shivangi has actively engaged with the academic community by presenting her research at national and international conferences. She has also participated in various seminars and workshops, demonstrating her continued commitment to scholarly development and academic research.
