Shikha Mann
Dr.
Shikha Mann
is an award-winning academician, certified leadership coach, and organizational consultant currently serving as Controller of Examinations at Indira University (IU), Pune. Previously, she held the role of Deputy Director and HOD–HR at Indira School of Business Studies PGDM, where she led academic, administrative, and accreditation initiatives. A recipient of Business World’s 40under40 Leaders in Education award, Dr. Mann brings a decade-plus of experience at the intersection of education, leadership development, and institutional strategy. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Symbiosis International University and is an ICF-certified PCC coach, with additional accreditations in MBTI, FIRO-B, TIFF, TA 101, Enneagram, and psychometric assessments. Dr. Mann has conducted high-impact MDPs and consulting interventions for reputed organizations like Tata Motors, RBI, Jabil, Thermax, Lupin, and the Maharashtra Police. She has played a pivotal role in leading NBA and AIU accreditation processes and in designing outcome-based curricula, assessment centers, and CXO-level talent strategy blueprints.
