Shikha Bhagat is an Assistant Professor at Christ University with expertise in International Business and Marketing. She is a gold medalist from Guru Nanak Dev University and holds a Ph.D. in International Business from Noida International University. With over 14 years of academic experience, she has published extensively in Scopus- and Web of Science–indexed journals and book chapters. Her research excellence has been recognized with Best Paper Awards at international conferences in 2023 and 2024. She is an active member of the International Social Marketing Association and is committed to mentoring students through research-driven and practice-oriented pedagogy.
