Shelley Khosla
is an accomplished academician and researcher, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University School of Business Studies, Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration-Management, with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM), and qualified the prestigious UGC-NET in 2011. With over sixteen years of rich academic experience, Dr. Khosla has earned recognition as a respected faculty in the domains of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Training & Development, and Leadership Development. She is widely appreciated for her innovative, student-centric teaching methodology, seamlessly blending case studies, simulations, and real-world business applications to create immersive learning experiences. Being a passionate mentor, she has successfully guided numerous postgraduate students in their research pursuits. Beyond teaching, Dr. Khosla plays an active role in research and development, contributing significantly to UGC-listed, peer-reviewed, and Scopus-indexed journals.
