Shadreck Ndinde

Dr. Shadreck Ndinde is a National University of Science and Technology Lecturer and an Advisor to the Zimbabwe Library Association (ZimLA). He previously held the position of Vice Chairperson for the African Library and Information Associations & Institutions (AFLIA), demonstrating his impactful contribution to the library and information sciences field at both national and continental levels. With a wealth of experience across various organizations, Dr. Ndinde has also co-authored scholarly articles emphasizing the significance of information in fostering community development. His professional passions are deeply rooted in Indigenous Knowledge Systems and the management of community development information projects. Dr. Ndinde's research pursuits are centered on critical areas such as the performance evaluation of information services, enhancing user experience, assessing service quality, and measuring user satisfaction. These interests underscore his commitment to advancing the standards of information services and their relevance to societal growth.
